Vacation Rental Rates 

       $145.00/night   (2 night minimum)

         $850.00/weekly     

      $2500.00/monthly

   Hoilday Rates: $150.00  ( 2 night minimum )

   Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year             

    Minimum age for renter must be 25 years old. 

•   Security deposit required (Refundable)
       $65.00-Cleaning fee 
       Pet fee additional (upon prior approval)
   

       Payment in full for 2-3 day rentals.
       Payment for longer stay requires 50% deposit at reservation
       and balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations
       must be 30 days notice to receive full refund.
